With a long history of working in the DIsability and NDIS sectors, we are now working in partnership with a National not-for-profit community health organisation that offers a wide range of services and programs and we are seeking a Manager of School-Aged Therapy Services located in Canberra ACT.
The program offers Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy interventions to children aged 7 - 18 mainly with developmental delay and is funded under NDIS.
The Manager is a hybrid role with clinical responsibility along with managing the program and a team of allied health practitioners who provide therapies in homes, clinics and schools.
Duties and responsibilities for the Manager will include:
- Program Management
- Team Management
- Clinical Supervision partnerships (external)
- Complex Case Interventions
- Service Growth - client acquisition
- Team Growth (to develop a Psychology service)
- Business Management
To be considered, you will be a registered Allied Health Practitioner with multi-disciplinary team management experience and a demonstrable understanding of Early Childhood Intervention programs and working under NDIS funding.
