Job Description
Our client is part of a large cluster of independent schools located in SE Melbourne.
Commencing the new academic year in 2021, a full time Math/Science teacher is required for this 12 month position. The role will see you teach across the age/ability levels Maths and Science from Year 7 to 9.
The school have made it known that the role would suit an experienced or graduate teacher. The priority is a teacher who has outstanding subject knowledge across both Math and Science at the middle school level and the ability to deliver engaging lessons across different levels of ability.
The school has a high proportion of EAL children so prior experience to working/training in such a setting will be to your advantage. A commitment to whole school child development will be looked upon favourably.
Interviews will take place across early August till filled based on suitability. This is an excellent opportunity to gain entry into the independent sector with a school that places a high importance on developing its teachers.
