Tradewind Australia, a leading community services recruitment agency, is seeking a Men's Case Manager to provide family violence case management and coordination to men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Eastern Metropolitan Region (EMR). This role supports men identified as using or impacted by family violence, promoting healing and change.

Role Details

๐Ÿ“Œ Location: Lilydale
๐Ÿ•’ Contract: Full-time (Immediate start - within two weeks!)
๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: Level 5 ($100,000 - $105,000 + super + salary packaging)

What You'll Do

๐Ÿ’ผ Deliver culturally informed case management to men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
๐Ÿค Provide support to address family violence issues and promote healing
๐Ÿ”— Collaborate with services and stakeholders for holistic client outcomes

What We're Looking For

โœ”๏ธ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Indentified
โœ”๏ธ Must meet Requirement 209
โœ”๏ธ Demonstrated experience working in men's family violence spaces with a minimum 2 years post graduate experience
โœ”๏ธ Strong understanding of culturally safe practices for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
โœ”๏ธ Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
