๐ Location: Lilydale
๐ Contract: Full-time, on-going
๐ฐ Salary: Level 5 ($100,000 - $105,000 + super + salary packaging)
What You'll Do
- Deliver culturally informed case management to men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Provide support to address family violence issues and promote healing
- Collaborate with services and stakeholders for holistic client outcomes
- Engage in supervision, training, and professional development to strengthen skills and practice capability.
What We're Looking For
- Must meet Requirement 209
- Demonstrated experience working in men's family violence spaces with a minimum 2 years post graduate experience
- Strong understanding of culturally safe practices for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
- Must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
