We're looking for a strong Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander male to step into the role of Therapeutic Team Leader - supporting community healing through culturally grounded and trauma-informed programs.

This is more than just a job - it's a chance to walk alongside mob, support healing journeys, and guide a passionate team making a real impact on the ground. Relocation support is available for candidates moving from Melbourne.


๐Ÿ”ฅ About the Role
You'll lead a team of group facilitators and case managers working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by Family Violence. Your leadership will ensure programs are delivered with cultural safety, integrity, and strong community connection.


๐Ÿ–ค What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander male with:

  • Proven experience working in Family Violence (essential)

  • A solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice

  • No prior leadership experience required - training and ongoing support provided

  • A Diploma or above in a relevant field (training support available for REQ 209)

  • Passion for walking alongside mob on their healing journey
