Job Title: Business Development Manager (NDIS)

Location: Australia (Remote)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year (plus commission and performance bonuses)

Schedule: 8-hour shift

About the Company: Our Client is a leading provider of in-home support and housing services within the disability care sector. They are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals by offering tailored care solutions and fostering a supportive community environment.

Job Description: As the Business Development Manager at Our Client, you will be responsible for driving sales, lead generation, and acquiring new clients. Your role will involve creating awareness within the disability care sector regarding their services, and establishing partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, day clinics, and aged-care facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and respond promptly to inquiries, including conducting in-home meetings with potential clients.
  • Streamline the intake and evaluation processes for new clients by collaborating with families and allied health professionals.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance business across operational regions.
  • Establish and nurture key relationships with external referral partners.
  • Achieve or surpass benchmarks for acquiring new clients/participants.
  • Provide regular updates on business development efforts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of NDIS and related services, with a focus on sales and client relationships.
  • Extensive experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining effective partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the market.
  • Demonstrated ability in producing documents and reports, and analyzing data to improve business performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in business development within hospital, aged care, disability care, or healthcare services.
  • Network of contacts in the health, aged care, and disability services sectors.

Application Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship or right to work in Australia.
  • Current NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability for travel within the state and interstate when necessary.
  • Salary expectations.

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver License (Preferred)

Work Authorization:

  • Australia (Preferred)
