Position Overview: The Business Development and Operations Manager will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while also ensuring seamless and efficient operations across the company. This role requires a blend of business acumen, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive the company towards its ambitious goals.

Why work with Client Organisation?
The organisation is now looking to expand into South Australia having becoming established across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. They are looking for an experienced Business Development manager to lead their South Australia operations across the NDIS space.
Key duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Report to management pipeline progress and get pricing approved
- Be responsible for sales pipeline, account plan development and budget/goal management
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an operations Management role
- Experience working in Aged Care and/or Disability Services
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative frameworks
- Strong leadership ability with experience coaching, mentoring and inspiring teams
- Commercial Acumen and financial management experience
You will also have or be willing to undergo a police check and NDIS workers check.

- Demonstrate an ability to be able to work with clients with complex behaviours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem Solving Skills
