- Salary: Level 7 SCHADS ($110k-$115k) + salary packaging + super

About Us: We are supporting a large nonprofit organisation committed to creating positive change in our community. Our Orange Door program is a vital part of our mission, providing essential support to families in need through a client-focused and integrated service model. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading, coordinating, and mentoring our team to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, coordination, and mentoring support to a team of Practitioners and Senior Practitioners.
- Collaborate with the Orange Door Leadership team to develop and implement a high-quality, client-focused service response.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner organisations and agencies in the broader service system.
