Job Description

We're looking for a qualified Podiatrist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering podiatry services in a mix of residential aged care, wellness centres, and community outreach.

This permanent role offers flexible working hours and the ability to work part-time, with regular working hours across the week. You'll enjoy a diverse and meaningful caseload that allows you to make a genuine difference to the independence and wellbeing of older adults.




What You'll Do

  • Deliver evidence-based podiatry services including assessments, treatments, and care plans

  • Provide clinical care for foot health, diabetic foot management, wound care, and falls prevention

  • Support community outreach by visiting clients in their homes and aged care residences

  • Create individualised care plans through a collaborative and respectful approach with clients, families, and your team

  • Educate clients and carers about foot health, footwear, and preventative care

  • Maintain high clinical standards aligned with regulatory and ethical guidelines

  • Work closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, EPs, massage therapists)

  • Receive KM reimbursement for travel (within Canberra - typically 15-20 mins between clients)

What You'll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist (local or internationally qualified)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical podiatry setting preferred

  • Experience in diabetic foot care, pressure care, wound management, and orthotic prescription

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • A current driver's licence (essential)

  • A genuine interest in working in aged care and delivering community-based support
