Job Description
We're looking for a qualified Podiatrist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering podiatry services in a mix of residential aged care, wellness centres, and community outreach.
This permanent role offers flexible working hours and the ability to work part-time, with regular working hours across the week. You'll enjoy a diverse and meaningful caseload that allows you to make a genuine difference to the independence and wellbeing of older adults.
What You'll Do
Deliver evidence-based podiatry services including assessments, treatments, and care plans
Provide clinical care for foot health, diabetic foot management, wound care, and falls prevention
Support community outreach by visiting clients in their homes and aged care residences
Create individualised care plans through a collaborative and respectful approach with clients, families, and your team
Educate clients and carers about foot health, footwear, and preventative care
Maintain high clinical standards aligned with regulatory and ethical guidelines
Work closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, EPs, massage therapists)
Receive KM reimbursement for travel (within Canberra - typically 15-20 mins between clients)

What You'll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist (local or internationally qualified)
1-2 years of experience in a clinical podiatry setting preferred
Experience in diabetic foot care, pressure care, wound management, and orthotic prescription
Strong communication and documentation skills
A current driver's licence (essential)
A genuine interest in working in aged care and delivering community-based support
