Tradewind is currently working in partnership with Drummond Street Services to appoint a Program Manager, Family Violence Response.
Serving Victorian families and individuals since 1887, drummond street services supports families and individuals, promotes connected and inclusive communities and drives innovation and research into family support interventions.
The position of Program Manager will work as part of the Family Violence Response Team supporting the development of family violence practice across drummond street services and queerspace, within a whole of family framework. The program supports LGBTQI people, women, trans, gender diverse and young people who have enacted family violence and victims of family and intimate partner violence.
The Program Manager holds a range of duties and responsibilities including:
- Program Management and Service Development
- Leadership
- Quality and Compliance
- Professional Development and Training
- Research and Evaluation
To be considered, you will meet the following criteria:
- Degree level qualifications in Social Work or equivalent
- Management experience of family violence programs
- Demonstrable experience working with families with complex needs
- Experience managing teams
