- Generous Compensation: Earn between $91,000 to $102,000 per year, plus salary packaging and superannuation.
- Ample Leave: Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave.
- Relocation Assistance: We provide relocation help, including 4 weeks of accommodation and travel support.
- Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible applicants after a 6-month probation period
๐ก What you'll be doing:
- Facilitate workshops, on country picnics & overnight camps
- Support women to lead prevention & healing activities in remote communities
- Work alongside support and project team
- Share community insights to strengthen culturally safe practice
- Contribute to evaluation & project growth
๐ What we're looking for:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in areas of Project Management, Community Development, Social Work and/or experience in group facilitation
- Experience in project coordination & community development
- Knowledge of trauma-informed & strengths-based practice
- Strong communication
