Job Description
Join a purpose-driven team supporting children aged 0-9 (sometimes older) and their families, primarily those with NDIS plans. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychologist to deliver home-based and community-based early intervention services. You'll work closely with families to support children with developmental concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family-based psychological support for children with developmental or emotional challenges.
- Engage in home visits and community settings such as kinders, schools, and workplaces.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Teachers, and Occupational Therapists.
- Support parents through coaching, capacity building, and practical strategies.
- Maintain manageable caseloads with approximately 3 participants per day.
- Deliver services in line with NDIS best practices and funding requirements.
Essential Criteria:
- Full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist.
- Full licence and own car- Milage Reimbursement available
