We are currently working in partnership with a not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to prevent and minimise the harm caused by alcohol and drugs.
This position is identified for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples only.
You will be:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be working closely with the RAP working group and all staff nationally to ensure effective consultation, change impact and engagement while achieving the outcomes and deliverables as detailed in the RAP.
You will collaborate closely with new and existing partners, supporting the strategic direction of the program and drive the development and implementation of the plan.
About you:
With a demonstrated commitment to reconciliation, you will possess extensive experience in working effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in a culturally appropriate and competent manner, managing and delivering high level strategic initiatives. You will form effective partnerships and networks both internally and externally, communicating effectively across various platforms to a broad range of groups and individuals including those who identify as indigenous.
