The role
We are looking for someone to join our small but growing team and be responsible for the end to end process of the recruitment for clients in the community health and Not For Profit sector. Working with clients where your recruit makes a difference in the lives of those most vulnerable in society.
Your role would include but not be limited to;
- Form relationships with new & existing clients to understand their hiring needs
- Manage the candidate experience/application from start to finish
- Manage the client experience / job hire process from start to finish
- Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to source & interview quality candidates
- Meet targets that drive the business forward
- Complete all compliance checks
The ideal candidate will;
- Have previous recruitment or outbound sales experience
- Enjoy working in a team environment and celebrating everyones success
- Hold exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Have a natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and team goals
- Build relationships with different people and personalities
- Handle adversity and rejection
