The role

We have now moved into the permanent & allied health recruitment space & looking for someone to join our small but growing team and be responsible for the end to end process of the recruitment for your clients in the community health and Not For Profit space. The role is mostly phone, video or meeting based, but 75-80% of the position would be phone based.

Your role would include but not be limited to;

  • Form relationships with new & existing clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Develop new business with sales calls and sales meetings
  • Manage the candidate experience/application from start to finish
  • Manage the client experience / job hire process from start to finish
  • Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to source & interview quality candidates
  • Meet targets that drive the business forward
  • Complete all compliance checks

The ideal candidate will;

  • Have previous recruitment experience
  • Have experience in an outbound sales role
  • Enjoy business development & a phone based position
  • Hold exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Have a natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate the success of the team
  • Build relationships with different people and personalities
