The organisation
Tradewind Australia is a specialist recruitment agency, recruiting in the Not for Profit, Community Health, Social Care and Education sectors.
The role
You will work in the allied health recruitment team, sourcing and attracting allied health clinicians, building rapport with candidates and assisting them in their job search for their ideal work scenario.
Day to day tasks will include but not limited to;
- Write and publish job adverts
- Source candidates utilising a range of tools and technologies
- Pre-screening candidates over the phone and face to face
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
- Updating and maintaining our database and candidate files
- Conduct reference checks and other compliance checks
The suitable candidate;
We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer who has;
Essential;
- Exceptional customer service
- Great telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Organisation and time management skills
- IT literate
- Strong work ethic
- Full work rights for Australia
Beneficial - not essential;
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience using recruitment tools
- Experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, events, fundraising, customer service
