- Hold strong experience in a high volume and intensity workplace
- Have experience in common CRM such as Carelink+, Goldcare, Procure…
- Be available for work Monday to Friday working from the office.
Your role will entail the following:
- Rostering support workers and service for in home aged care
- Providing customer support services to inbound enquiries
- Working as a member of a team to provide rostering solutions.
You will also have or be willing to obtain a Police Check, a Working with Children's Check, and be able to provide 2 professional referees.
