Tradewind Australia is working in partnership with Carrington Health, a not-for-profit organisation that provides individual services and group programs, for people of all ages and abilities.
They offer a dual public and private dental service in Melbourne's East (Box Hill) and North (Eltham) and we are presently seeking an experienced Dentist and Manager to take up the position of Senior Dental Manager to be located across both sites.
This role is pivotal in strategically working in a team that is leading our dental clinics across multiple campuses and outreach services.
The focus is on the strategic operation of the Dental Services team through -
- Effective and efficient use of people and physical resources;
- Establishing and maintaining effective workplace relations;
- Facilitating change and innovation;
- Building partnerships and maintaining relationships with funding bodies and the community.
- Building our customer base in the private clinics
- Engagement with Melbourne University to manage the Dental Student clinic.
You will be part of a leadership team who take responsibility for commercial/financial management, be highly visible and will oversee all practical aspects of care delivery, patient flow strategies, and patient demand forecasting and workforce management.
The role reports directly to the GM Clinical, Community & Oral Health Services.
Salary will be dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful candidate. We offer Salary Packaging grossed up to $30,000 a year with options for Meals & Entertainment cards and Vehicle Novated Leasing, employee health and wellbeing benefits and flexible working arrangements.
Salary will be at the level of experience in accordance with the General Dentists Agreement 2019- 2022. Generous salary packaging and flexible working hours will be offered.
