Senior Family Violence Practitioner - Shepparton or Seymour
SCHADS Level 6.1 | $69.66ph + super | Locum | 0.6 - Full-time
Tradewind is currently seeking a Senior Family Violence Practitioner to join a specialist team based in Shepparton or Seymour.
This 6-month locum position has been created to support the expansion of family violence programs and provide additional technical and practice expertise across a dedicated team of practitioners.
The Role
As a Senior Practitioner, you will:
Provide secondary consultation and specialist practice guidance to a team of 10 Family Violence Practitioners.
Carry a small, complex caseload and contribute to risk assessments and case planning.
Support the Team Leader with coordination of service delivery.
Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice across diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, CALD, and LGBTIQ+ clients.
About You
We're looking for a progressive, values-driven professional who is:
Experienced in specialist family violence practice, with strong technical knowledge and professional judgement.
Positive, articulate, and committed to fostering accountability, dignity, and respect.
Confident working alongside practitioners at varying levels of experience.
Ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, highly regarded service.

Hours: Open to 0.6 - full-time
Contract: 6-month locum
Pay rate: $69.66 per hour + super (SCHADS 6.1)
Start date: ASAP
