Senior Manager - Integrated Place-Based Services
Location: Hastings /with potential to work from Bentleigh
Salary: ~$160,000 + superannuation
About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Integrated Place-Based Services, you will:
Implement and operationalise both existing and new integrated place-based service models.
Sit on the Client Services senior leadership team, driving integration across adolescent sexual violence, family violence, family services, and financial counselling/capability programs.
Oversee delivery of critical high-risk family violence services including RAMP, 24/7 refuge, crisis accommodation, and after-hours crisis response.
Participate in the 24/7 leadership roster as required to ensure service continuity in crisis moments.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated senior leadership in family violence, crisis accommodation, or related human services sectors.
Strong program development and operationalisation skills in integrated service delivery.
Deep understanding of risk assessment and management in family violence.
Ability to oversee high-risk service teams and maintain quality, safety, and compliance.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaborative skills.
