The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Occupational Therapist to lead a small team of three Occupational Therapists (each working 4 days/week).

  • Full-time hybrid position involves both clinical work and leadership responsibilities, with a
  • Mix of 2-3 days working from home and 2-3 days on the road seeing clients.
  • Manage a caseload of 10-12 clients per week, providing high-quality, person-centred care within a 1-hour radius of Bendigo.
  • You'll also provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to ensure excellence in service delivery and staff engagement.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 4 years' experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or supervising other clinicians
  • Strong clinical reasoning and confident in working independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
