Job Description
Senior Family Intervention Practitioner will provide case support and advice, practice advice, manage complex referrals and cases, and be the first point of contact for team members in relation to casework, safety and risk assessments, and referrals. The position reports directly to the program manager and acts as a regional contact for referrals into and out of the programs, as well as assessment of suitability of referrals and allocation in consultation with the program manager. The Senior Family Intervention Practitioner also provides mentoring to the team and support to the program manager with the implementation of policies, processes, documentation and reporting requirements.
