About the Role

Provide crisis intervention, risk and needs assessments, and safety planning for victim-survivors of family violence. Identify the person most in need of protection, hold perpetrators accountable, and strengthen collaboration across police and specialist services.

It requires responding to crises and providing case management support for adult and child victim-survivors, including those with complex needs. The position includes managing a caseload, supporting colleagues through co-case management, and ensuring the use of appropriate case management frameworks. Strong collaboration with NT Police Services, the Department of Children and Families, and other community stakeholders is essential. The role also involves attending relevant network meetings and participating in an on-call roster to ensure timely and effective support for clients.
