Weekend Services Coordinator (Homelessness & Community Support)

As the Weekend Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating service delivery, supporting individuals in crisis, and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre on weekends.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing tailored support and case coordination for individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Supervising weekend daily operations of a small team to ensure safe, respectful, and effective service delivery.
- Conducting assessments, creating action plans, and linking people with housing, health and community supports.
- Engaging with internal staff, volunteers and external stakeholders to drive collaborative outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to ensure quality and compliance with best practice frameworks.
What you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services or a related field.
- Experience supporting individuals impacted by homelessness, disadvantage, and complex needs.
- Confidence managing operations, supervising staff, and driving service improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred care and cultural safety.
