The role:

We are seeking an allied health professional to join a large multidisciplinary team to support clients. In the role you would;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stake holders
  • Gather information using conversations, observations, assessments & intervention
  • Develop effective person-centred goals with the person and their circle of support
  • Empower and build the capacity of people, families and communities
  • Identify, plan and negotiate on-going therapy services
  • Evaluate progress and outcomes using relevant outcome measures
  • Prepare professional reports and keep accurate time records

Requirements:

The successful applicant will be able to provide;

  • Bachelor in Speech Pathology / Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or SPA
  • Experience working with people presenting with a disability / mental health issue
  • Willingness to undergo relevant compliance checks (police, WWCC)
  • Victorian or NSW Driving licence
