Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Coordinator located in Thornbury, to enrich the lives of people living with a temporary or permanent disability. Support children with a disability and their families to meet their disability support needs and to be able to participate actively within their local community.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor of Social Work
- Must have 2-3 years' experience in support coordination
- Full driving licence and a car is required
You will also be willing to undergo police and Working with Children Checks, as well as providing 2 recent managerial references.
