Lead a specialist multi-disciplinary family violence team supporting men, women and children

Relocate to the seaside town Warrnambool
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to manage a specialist multi-disciplinary Family Violence Program in the beautiful seaside town of Warrnambool.
This role will oversee and manage a team of six case managers and therapeutic practitioners supporting perpetrators of violence and women and children affected by family domestic violence. You will be responsible for overseeing quality service delivery, clinical supervision, and day-to-day operations of the program.
You must have:
A tertiary qualification in Social Work or related discipline.
Previous experience facilitating Men's Behaviour Change groups and/or Graduate Certificate in Family Violence.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership or management, as well as an ability to use initiative, thinking laterally and strategically.
Experience in supporting staff through supervision, mentorship, and coaching.
Expert experience in relevant legislation, theories, and frameworks pertaining to Family Violence in Victoria, including MARAM
You will also have or be willing to obtain a Victorian Drivers Licence, Police Check, a Working with Children's Check, and be able to provide 2 professional referees.
