We are presently working in partnership with an organisation that has experienced rapid growth and with a large backing to promote continual increasing market share in the area of Support Coordination.
They support individuals and families with a disability who are accessing funds for support under NDIS funding and we presently have an opportunity to take up the Team Leader role, holding responsibility for the NSW business.
As a Team Leader, you will provide coaching and leadership to an established team of Support Coordinators who are values-driven to empower people with a disability to achieve their goals.
This position holds responsibility for the following:
- KPI setting and management
- Achieving billability of hours
- Driving growth in the business
- Holding a small caseload of highly complex clients
- Business development and acquisition
Although currently working from home, you will be working flexibly from the office close to Olympic Park with good transport links.
This is a permanent full-time position with substantial potential for further growth and offered in a return is a highly competitive package including generous car allowance and the support of a highly experienced Manager.
To be considered, you will have a strong commercial acumen in the NDIS/Consumer Directed community sector with an understanding of Support Coordination.
