What do you do at Tradewind?

I specialise in supporting specialist schools and Education Inclusion. I work closely with schools to match students’ learning needs with teachers and education support staff, ensuring every student has the assistance they need to thrive.

In this industry, timely follow-up is key, and I take pride in being clear, open, and reliable in my communication. My previous experience in Allied Health recruitment, bridging the health and education sectors, allows me to deliver the right support for schools and their communities.

How do you and your team provide the best recruitment experience (For clients, candidates or both)?

We take the time to understand the schools, the students’ needs, and the candidates we work with, ensuring we match the right person to the right role. Alongside this, we prioritise communication, keeping clients and candidates updated, even when there’s no news, helps build trust and fosters strong, transparent, long-term relationships.

What is an interesting fact about you? 

Jolene the Office Mascot is part of my family.

What are your favourite hobbies / passions outside of work?

Love camping and making the most of your weekends, being outdoors, hiking, swimming and relaxing around a fire.
