What's a valuable lesson you've learnt from your professional experience?
Most valuable lesson I have learnt in my professional career so far is always being authentic in your connections with internal and external stakeholders. This means, at times being vulnerable, being transparent and being curious.
Which of Tradewind's Core Values resonates with you the most and why?
Invest in Long Term Relationships - there is something beautiful about investing in a relationship whether it is internal or external and watching that relationship blossom into something truly special, something that means more than just a "business relationship" but a proper connection that continues to develop over time.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Tradewind?
My favorite thing about working for Tradewind is the relationships that I have formed over the past 10 years, these relationships is what has inspired me to come in here each day to continue to provide the best service possible for all external stakeholders and continue to provide the best service possible.
What is an interesting fact about you?
That I once appeared on an episode of "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" which was a late night talk show!
