What do you do at Tradewind?

My job here at Tradewind is helping candidates find a new teaching positions that aligns with who they are and what they wish to achieve in their career. Alongside helping schools find permanent teaching staff who will help shape the education of of the future.

Which of Tradewind's Core Values resonates with you the most and why? 

Invest in long term relationships - I really enjoy connecting with people. Understanding who they, what makes them tick and and helping them achieve their goals.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Tradewind?

I really enjoy working at Tradewind, this is my fourth year here after taking some leave to start my family. I've built some life long friendships who I adore. I love that its fast paced and dynamic, every day is different.

What is an interesting fact about you? 

I've completed 2 Ironmans - 3.8km ocean swim, 180km bike, 42.2km run.

What are your favourite hobbies / passions outside of work?

I have a young son who definitely keeps me busy. I love keeping active with gym, running, hiking as well as chilling out with a good book. Spending time in the kitchen either cooking or baking is also a passion of mine.
