Tradewind is proud to partner in the recruitment of Aboriginal Identified Orange Door Hub Practitioners to join the team based in Wodonga.
As an Orange Door Hub Practitioner, you'll play an important role in delivering culturally strong, safe, and holistic support to Aboriginal children, families, and communities. This position provides the opportunity to bring your cultural knowledge, community connections, and professional skills together to strengthen families and promote safety and wellbeing.
๐ผ What's on offer:
SCHADS Level 4-5 | $85K - $105K + super + salary packaging
Full-time (open to 0.8 FTE)
Collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment

๐ฑ About You:
You are passionate about supporting Aboriginal families and communities and can bring:
Lived experience as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
A strong understanding of the strengths, needs, and experiences of Aboriginal children, families, and communities
The ability to provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive support
Relevant qualifications (minimum Diploma) in Community Services, Social Work, or a related field
Experience in family services, child protection, family violence, or community work (minimum 1 year)
