📍 Melbourne Metro & Regional Victoria
🕒 Full-Time | 💼 SCHADS Level 5-6 |

Tradewind is partnering with multiple Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations across Victoria and is seeking Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander practitioners interested in family violence and child/family services roles for the new year.

We are passionate about supporting Aboriginal people to secure meaningful employment opportunities within culturally safe and values-driven organisations. This is your chance to register interest and be considered for upcoming practitioner roles across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria.

Who We're Looking For

  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Experience in family violence, child and family services, or similar community roles
  • Deep cultural knowledge, trauma-informed approach, and commitment to healing
  • Confidence working within multidisciplinary teams and systems
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent lived/professional experience
