Job Description
This role is a very unique position, and will suit a genuine all rounder from a school setting. The role is based in Green Valley on a 0.8 basis, with 2 days working within asset accounting and 2 days working within HR. This role will really suit someone looking for genuine variety within a role and previous experience in both functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Procurement - Dealing with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining the asset register
- HR Support - Support the HR Manager with the issue of new contracts for staff
- Payroll Support - supporting the business manager with payroll when required
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Experience using Xero as an accounting system
- Posses experience in asset accounting, depreciation, asset capitalisation, disposals and asset procurement
- Have some payroll experience, able to assist the Business Manager when required
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage with contractors and suppliers
