The Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable professional to join this dynamic school environment. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance with education sector regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Managing accounts receivable, including fee collection and follow-ups
- Handling school financial transactions in line with department guidelines
- Utilising CASES21 and Compass for financial management and reporting
- Assisting with general administrative and finance-related tasks
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable/receivable role within the Victorian education sector
- Proficiency in CASES21 and Compass
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including reconciliations and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A valid Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
