3 month Temp role | Camberwell (On-site) - Mon-Fri
Pay: $45/51/hr + Super

Tradewind Australia is partnering with a respected not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Administration Officer to support their In Home Care (IHC) program. Based full-time in the Camberwell office (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), this role plays a critical part in ensuring consumers and frontline staff are supported through accurate administration and timely distribution of essential resources.

About the Role

The Administration Officer role is responsible for managing key administrative functions related to In Home Care consumers, as well as coordinating stock and supply of safety equipment and resources for IHC staff.

You'll ensure documentation, correspondence and equipment are distributed accurately and within required timeframes.

This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who enjoys structure, systems and supporting service delivery behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process consumer communication requests within required timeframes
  • Distribute consumer care plans, assessments and related documentation
  • Manage fuel cards and Cab-charge vouchers, including ordering and distribution
  • Complete online applications for Fast-Cards and manage allocations
  • Produce monthly Fast-Card trip summary reports for Shared Care teams
  • Maintain accurate data to support consumer reconciliation and charges
  • Raise purchase orders for safety equipment and PPE (including RCDs)
  • Create, order and distribute IHC and CHSP Welcome Packs
  • Work collaboratively with the IHC Central Team Leader and Business Support Manager on day-to-day tasks

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • Experience in administration or office coordination, ideally within community, health or aged care settings
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing documentation, stock and internal systems
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience using customer management systems (AlayaCare and SharePoint highly regarded)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compliance Requirements

  • National Police Check (complted within previous 12 months)
  • Reference checks
  • ID verification
