The Role
We're seeking an Admissions Officer to support the enrolment journey for prospective families and maintain strong relationships across the school community. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing enquiries and enrolment applications
- Providing accurate information to families about programs and pathways
- Coordinating enrolment events and supporting school marketing initiatives
- Preparing documentation, correspondence and data entry
- Maintaining CRM and enrolment records with high attention to detail
Skills / Experience Required
- Experience in admissions within education environments
- Confidence working with databases, CRMs and MS Office - Compass software experience desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Warm, professional and family-focused approach
