Agency Support Workers
(Disability & Aged Care)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our agency team, providing high-quality, person-centred care across the disability and aged care sectors.
As a Support Worker or AIN, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
Your work will include:
Disability Support Work:
- Providing daily personal care, meal prep, and household tasks
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and engage in social/community activities
- Promoting safety, independence, and wellbeing
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure holistic support
Aged Care Support (AIN Duties):
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitoring health and reporting changes in condition
- Supporting nurses with care delivery and documentation
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families
About You:
- A genuine passion for supporting and empowering others
- Experience in disability, aged care, or similar settings
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
- Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to use a smartphone to clock in/out and record shift notes
- Excellent communication, empathy, and team spirit
- Blue Card - Working with Children Check
- Yellow Card - NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current CPR Certificate
