Join a vibrant, Christian learning community in North West Sydney seeking a passionate Assistant Head of English to commence in a permanent full-time position from term 1, 2026.
The Role
Working alongside the Head of English, you'll play a key role in shaping the vision and direction of the English faculty. You'll support staff in delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences and lead initiatives that promote academic excellence across Stages 4-6.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced English teacher ready to take the next step into leadership.
About You
- Proven excellence as an English classroom practitioner (Years 7-12)
- Strong understanding of quality learning and contemporary pedagogy
- Demonstrated capacity to support, mentor, and develop staff
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Committed to the Christian ethos and actively engaged in a local church
- NESA accredited and eligible to work in NSW schools
