Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + up to $50,000 in bonuses

In This Role, You'll

  • Deliver impactful behavioural assessments and practical strategies that work.

  • Lead efforts to reduce restrictive practices under the NDIS framework.

  • Train and support families, carers, and frontline staff to implement strategies effectively.

  • Handle complex, high-risk cases with autonomy and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with a like-minded, supportive team.


To Be Successful, You'll Need

  • Registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.

  • A background in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Teaching, or a related field (preferred).

  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in challenging situations.

  • A driver's licence and your own vehicle, you'll be out in the field.

  • NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and the right to work in Australia.
