Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + up to $50,000 in bonuses

In This Role, You'll
Deliver impactful behavioural assessments and practical strategies that work.
Lead efforts to reduce restrictive practices under the NDIS framework.
Train and support families, carers, and frontline staff to implement strategies effectively.
Handle complex, high-risk cases with autonomy and professionalism.
Collaborate with a like-minded, supportive team.
To Be Successful, You'll Need
Registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
A background in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Teaching, or a related field (preferred).
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in challenging situations.
A driver's licence and your own vehicle, you'll be out in the field.
NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and the right to work in Australia.
