Business Manager- NDIS
Pay: $140k + super (experience-based)
Location: Brisbane QLD (hybrid available)

Tradewind Australia is partnering with a well-established NDIS provider to recruit an experienced and values-driven Business Manager. This senior leadership role is responsible for growing and leading high-quality plan management services, strengthening operational performance, and ensuring participants receive the support they need to navigate the NDIS, optimise their funding, and achieve their individual goals.

About the Role
As Business Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the plan management function, with accountability for service quality, growth, compliance, and financial performance. You will build a high-performing team, strengthen systems and processes, and develop a national growth strategy focused on participant retention, acquisition, and market expansion.
You will work closely with internal leaders and external stakeholders to ensure participant-centred, compliant, and high-quality NDIS Plan Management services are delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the team
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and capability development to ensure workforce capacity and performance
* Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to drive service quality, growth, and participant retention
* Ensure compliant, timely, and participant-centred service delivery aligned with NDIS guidelines and quality standards
* Oversee financial management, including budgets, forecasting, and risk management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, service providers, regulators, and key stakeholders
* Design and execute growth strategies to support national expansion and market presence
What You'll Bring
Essential
* Extensive experience in the disability sector, particularly NDIS Plan Management and/or Support Coordination
* Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience
* Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting
* Sound knowledge of NDIS legislation, guidelines, and best-practice service delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
* Commitment to upholding the rights, inclusion, and participation of people with disability
* Ability and willingness to travel within Queensland and interstate as required
Desirable
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Community Services, Health Services, or a related field
* Experience leading growth strategies or scaling services in a regulated environment
