Are you a passionate and experienced Cert III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a difference every day? Whether you're a Cert III or Diploma qualified Educator, this is your moment to shine!

Tradewind Australia on the lookout for warm, committed and enthusiastic Educators to join our casual team - with the option to also step into Outside School Hours (OSH) roles if you're keen to broaden your experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Or ACECQA recognised Qualification for Early Years)
  • A genuine love for working with children and ability to prioritise child safety at all times
  • Current WWC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood and National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain - Please note the National Safety Training is available from 27th February 2026)
  • A clean, current Police Check (or willingness to obtain - we can help with this)
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting is essential
  • Flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Access to a car or local public transport options

Key duties:

  • Engage with children in meaningful play-based learning activities
  • Implement and contribute to the development of educational programs that are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Passionate about early childhood education and care
  • Ability to work successfully with ages 0-6 in a variety of Early Childhood settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
  • A consistent willingness to get stuck in and show initiative, adaptability and resilience
  • Ability to work effectively as part of any team and maintain professionalism
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, VEDYLF and Child Safety Standards
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a casual capacity
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
