About the Role:
Are you a qualified Early Childhood Educator with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education? Looking for a flexible role that fits your lifestyle and fuels your passion for working with children?
Tradewind Australia is currently recruiting Casual Early Childhood Educators and Assistant Educators to support a variety of high-quality Early Learning Centres across Melbourne.
As part of our dynamic casual team, you'll have the freedom to choose when and where you work-all while making a genuine impact on young lives. This is your chance to bring joy, creativity, and care into the classroom and be the spark that lights a child's lifelong love of learning.

Key duties:
- Engage with children in meaningful play-based learning activities.
- Implement and contribute to the delivery of educational programs that are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.
Skills & Experience:
- Fully completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Do Food Safely Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood (or willingness to obtain)
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting is essential
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Passionate about early childhood education and care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A consistent willingness to get stuck in and show initiative
- Ability to work effectively as part of any team
- Strong understanding of EYLF and Child Safety Standards
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a casual capacity
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
