Early Childhood Teachers and Educators - across Melbourne

Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher or Educator looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a difference every day? Whether you're a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (with current VIT registration) or an Educator holding a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood, we'd love to chat with you!

What we're looking for:

  • A recognised qualification for Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised)
  • A genuine love for working with children
  • Current VIT/WWC + First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting is essential
  • Flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude

Key duties:

  • Engage with children in meaningful play-based learning activities
  • Implement and contribute to the development of educational programs that are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers



Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Passionate about Education and the learning and development of children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A consistent willingness to get stuck in and show initiative
  • Ability to work effectively as part of any team
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, VEDYLF and Child Safety Standards
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a casual capacity
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
