A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Centre Manager to lead a well-established early learning centre located in Thomastown.
This role is ideal for a confident leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education, supporting educators to grow, and creating a positive environment for children and families.
You will step into a centre with strong foundations, an experienced team, and supportive leadership structures, allowing you to focus on leading people, driving quality outcomes and continuing to build a thriving centre community.
About the Centre
Established early learning centre catering for up to 80 children
Strong connections within the local community
Supportive leadership structure including an experienced Educational Leader
Stable and committed educator team
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Law
Lead, mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality programs
Work closely with the Educational Leader to strengthen pedagogy and practice
Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Centre Manager role
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
Strong understanding of the NQF, National Law and Quality Standards
Proven leadership skills with the ability to support and develop teams
Passionate about creating high-quality learning environments for children
