About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and support clinical and care teams within residential aged care services across Melbourne. This role will oversee person-centred care, clinical governance, and team development to ensure residents achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. Both permanent and temporary opportunities are available.
Key Duties:
- Lead and manage clinical and care teams to deliver high quality, person-centred care
- Oversee case management, incident management, and clinical decision-making processes
- Analyse and trend clinical and quality indicators to improve care outcomes
- Support and develop staff through supervision, mentoring, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and organisational requirements
Skills & Experience - Essential:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated clinical governance and risk management expertise
- Experience leading teams in residential aged care or similar settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Understanding of aged care legislation, ACFI, and mandatory reporting
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in palliative care, dementia care, or complex health care
- Ability to work autonomously and resolve complex clinical issues
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, person-centred culture
