About the Role

As our new Culture and Capability Officer, you'll play a vital role in building a more engaged and high-performing workforce.

  • Coordinate our Employee Opinion Survey from end to end-design, communication planning, engagement strategies, and action planning.

  • Oversee key compliance-based training programs, including First Aid, ensuring staff have the knowledge they need to thrive.

  • Partner with leaders and teams to implement organisational development projects that truly make a difference.

What You'll Need To Thrive in This Role(essential):

  • 2-5 years' experience in HR, L&D, or Organisational Development

  • Hands-on experience coordinating employee engagement surveys and/or compliance training

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in government, council, or regulated organisations (highly regarded)

  • A passion for shaping culture and driving continuous improvement

  • Must have C Class Driveres Licence to be eligiable
