Approx $70,000 plus 11.5% Super dependant on experience

About the Role:
As a Diploma Educator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years. Working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leadership, you'll help create nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments that support each child's development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development
- Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with your team to plan, implement and evaluate high-quality programs
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment that upholds Child Safe Standards
- Contribute to documentation, observations and reflections to support children's learning journeys
- Uphold regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework and service policies
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent - fully qualifed)
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and the National Quality Framework
- Proven experience as an Educator in an Australian based Early Learning Centre
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth, wellbeing and development
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and communicate openly with parents and carers, providing genuine support and meaningful updates on their child's development
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (HLTAID012), WWCC and Police Check
- Current Mandatory Reporting for the Early Years Certificate
