Full Time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators

Approx $70,000 plus 11.5% Super dependant on experience

About the Role:
As a Diploma Educator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years. Working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leadership, you'll help create nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments that support each child's development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development
  • Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with your team to plan, implement and evaluate high-quality programs
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment that upholds Child Safe Standards
  • Contribute to documentation, observations and reflections to support children's learning journeys
  • Uphold regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework and service policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent - fully qualifed)
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and the National Quality Framework
  • Proven experience as an Educator in an Australian based Early Learning Centre
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their growth, wellbeing and development
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and communicate openly with parents and carers, providing genuine support and meaningful updates on their child's development
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (HLTAID012), WWCC and Police Check
  • Current Mandatory Reporting for the Early Years Certificate
