The position is structured for four working days per week on a hybrid basis (on-site), offering flexibility and autonomy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values sustainability and peer support.

  • Implement case management plans that include referrals, advocacy, and coordination of supports

  • Engage in therapeutic and strengths-based practices

  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records using a digital case management system

  • Collaborate with community networks and referral partners

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, however if you have suitable experience we encourage you to still apply

  • Demonstrated experience in family violence, child protection, or related social services

  • Strong knowledge of DFV dynamics, legal processes (e.g., safety planning, protective orders), and risk frameworks

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

  • Self-directed, organised, and able to navigate complex client needs

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and client systems

  • Holds a valid Driver's Licence and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) - there will be community outreach travel involved in this role

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in therapeutic or trauma-informed case work

  • Applicants with lived experience are strongly encouraged to apply

  • Familiarity with structured risk assessment tools (e.g., DVSAT or similar)

What We Offer

  • Permanent role - can offer 4 days or 5 days a week

  • Hybrid work model

  • Supportive team culture grounded in reflective practice

  • Regular supervision and access to wellbeing support (EAP)

  • Independence in your role with a strong backing of peer support

Our Values

We believe in social justice, equity, and authentic care. You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Are values-driven and mission-aligned

  • Want to work with a team that trusts and respects your expertise

  • Are resilient and committed to creating safer futures for others

  • Seek a workplace where your voice and lived experience are genuinely valued
