Tradewind Australia is proud to partner with some regionally located Kindergartens and Ealy Learning Centres to recruit passionate and committed early childhood professionals across multiple locations in Victoria. As part of the Funded Kindergarten for 3 and 4 Year olds, we are seeking dedicated Diploma qualified Educators to join welcoming community kindergartens and Early Learning centres.
These roles offer meaningful work in regional communities, attractive financial incentives, and the chance to make a real impact in children's lives. You'll be guided through the application and interview process by a dedicated and experienced Tradewind consultant to ensure it's a smooth and enjoyable experience!
Locations: Regional Victoria (Horsham, Hopetoun and Hamilton)
Relocation Incentives: Tier 1 ($9,000) for Educators
About the Role:
Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators
As a Diploma qualified Educator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of children aged 3-5. You'll help design and deliver inspiring programs, create inclusive and engaging learning spaces, and build warm, trusting relationships with every child. Your work will directly contribute to high-quality practice, strong developmental outcomes, and a culture of safety and care.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (Or ACECQA recognised equivalent)
- WWCC (Employee) and Current First Aid qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar Early Childhood Educator role
- Proven ability to model positive and appropriate behaviours when engaging with children
- Good understanding of how young children learn and develop, including different learning styles
- Strong knowledge of current curriculum approaches and approved early childhood frameworks
- Able to assist in planning, writing and delivering appropriate education programs for children aged 3-5
- Skilled at building respectful, meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, caregivers and meeting their needs
- Can plan, manage time, and work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong communication, leadership, and people skills, with the ability to work well with children, families, and professionals
- Works well as part of a team in a flexible, respectful, and professional way
- Strong documentation and written communication skills
